Eaux Claires is an all age event and children under 10 are free with a ticketed adult

Eaux Claires is a two-day, multi-stage experience featuring live music, performance art, visual art, food and more. All ages are welcome, children 10 and under are free.

The Main Entrance to Eaux Claires is located at 100 Carson Park Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54703.

Free parking and courtesy shuttle buses will be available at UWEC. Time schedule and shuttle pickup locations to be announced closer to festival.

There is an airport in Eau Claire, however, the most frequently used airport is Minneapolis/St. Paul, which is 90 miles away from the festival.

Eaux Claires is a rain or shine event. We will contact ticket holders in the event of extreme weather. Be sure to check the forecast before heading to the festival.

Eaux Claires is an all age festival. Children under 10 are free and do not need a ticket.

Yes, unlimited re-entry is permitted with your digital ticket or festival wristband.  Wirstbands are only issued to VIP ticket holders.

  • ALL bags will be searched before entry.
  • Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6″ x 9″ or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
  • All other bags larger than 6″ x 9″ must be smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ and clear.
  • Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment.

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

The following items are ALLOWED:

  • View what bags are allowed at the festival above
  • Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
  • Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles
  • Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Personal-sized, hand sanitizer 
  • Portable battery packs
  • Baby carriers
  • Personal misting fans with a bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon entry)
  • Hydration/Electrolyte packets in factory sealed single serving package(s)
  • Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit

Prescription Medication and Dietary Restrictions:

  • Anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day
  • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
  • Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates

The following items are PROHIBITED:

  • Any bag that is not aligned with the allowed bags (See full bag policy below)
  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
  • Coolers of any kind (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind
  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment
  • Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment
  • Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Cigarettes, Cigars, Lighters or Tobacco of any kind – Eaux Claires is a non- smoking festival. Due to the composition of some of the fields, cigarettes will not be permitted on site and will be confiscated. This includes Juul’s & Vape pens
  • Hammocks
  • Frisbees
  • Chairs
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets, Sheets, Towels
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Inflatables of any kind
  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Inflatables of any kind
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
  • Fireworks
  • Totems & Totems with Flags (Less than 7 feet tall, and less than 1 inch in diameter. Must be made of light material: swim noodles, foam type material, cardboard tubes, fabric, light plastic, balloons, aluminum and/or blow up items
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance)
  • Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)*SUBJECT TO CHANGE

While we encourage you to leave the food at home and check out our awesome food vendors, we will allow you to bring in a few small snacks.  Coolers full of food & beverages will not be allowed into the festival.

Eaux Claires is a non-smoking festival.

There will be ADA access throughout the grounds,  conditions may vary due to weather.  Eaux Claires staff will be on hand to assist those in need. ADA accessible restrooms will be available.

We will have a diverse variety of food vendors that will please all tastes.  Please make sure to bring proper ID for alcoholic beverages.

Festival t-shirts for men and women, a limited edition festival poster, hats, and many other items will be sold at the main merchandise stand. Artist merchandise will also be available. Limited items are available at our online store now.

In the event a single day or multiple days of the festival are cancelled, ticket holders will be notified of cancellation and refund policy. Artist lineup is subject to change including in the event of weather.

The safety and well-being of our fans, artists, guests and staff is paramount. Organizers work closely with local officials to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the festival grounds. They are there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all fans are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry.

  • All GA ticket holders will receive a digital ticket via email prior to the festival that will gain entry to the festival each day. Please be sure to download or save to your digital wallet in case of service issues
  • VIP ticket holders will receive a physical wristband in the mail. Wristbands will be mailed in early July. All wristbands are non-transferable.
  • All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
  • Only tickets / wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid
  • If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
For VIP Wristband Holders:
  • Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
  • Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
  • Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
  • Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
  • Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
  • If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
  • Wristbands that are damaged, lost or stolen can be replaced for the original purchaser, ONE TIME ONLY, for a $20 replacement fee

The wristband/ digital ticket is a revocable license to attend the Festival and you, the Holder, are subject to the Festival policies and protocols. The Festival Producer reserves the right to revoke the wristband without refund at any time if Producer, in its sole discretion, finds that Holder is noncompliant with Festival protocols, is a safety risk, has violated any Producer or Venue policy or law, or may bring Producer or the Festival into disrepute. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to Holder attending the Festival, including the risk of personal injury and loss of or damage to Holder’s property. Holder releases Producer, its assignees, and the Venue from all liability associated with the access granted by Holder’s wristband at the Festival. Unlawful sale or attempted sale is prohibited. Unauthorized use and/or duplication of the wristband, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the Festival Producer is strictly prohibited.
